Come join us on Saturday, January 25th at Kemah Boardwalk for ACE South Central Winterfest!
Our first event of the new year will include presentations, lunch, rides and more!
For those of you who are new to ACE and have never attended a Winterfest event, this event is more of a conference type event where representatives from various parks join us to talk about their parks and upcoming additions and events. Most of the day will be spent indoors listening to presentations.
Attendees will be free to enjoy the available rides following the event with a complementary wristband provided by Kemah Boardwalk. *Boardwalk Bullet will be closed for annual maintenance*
Please take note of the following items regarding this event:
1.) This is an event exclusive to ACE members and their guests. To attend Winterfest you must be a current ACE member or be invited by an ACE member as a guest.
2.) There is a limit of 2 guests per ACE member.
3.) You must be present in the venue to receive handouts, door prizes, etc. Friends or family cannot collect your items for you.
4.) Once the registration deadline has passed there will be no refunds. Once we inform Landry's of the number of attendees, that is what we have to pay for.
5.) No video recording or streaming is allowed during park presentations unless the park representative and the regional rep team say it is ok. Anyone caught violating this rule will be asked to leave.
6.) Photos are allowed unless otherwise specified.
7.) Attendees are expected to give their full attention to the presenters - no side conversations or phone calls allowed inside while presentations are taking place.
A list of presenters as well as a schedule will be communicated closer to the event date as confirmations come in.
ACE Members - $45.00
Non-Members (MUST be the guest of an ACE member) - $65.00
Early registration deadline is Saturday, January 11th
Final deadline to register is Thursday, January 16th. There will be NO late registrations.
The event will take place in the 3rd floor meeting room above Landry's. Some parking lots and the parking garage may charge a fee to park and it is not included in the event cost. There is free parking scattered around the area near the Boardwalk and there should be plenty available with the early start to our day.
